The ground rules before turning your song into a practice session
These terms explain the basic conditions for using Jium on the web and iOS. Please begin with the limits of generated results and your responsibility to verify upload rights.

Service and generated results
Jium separates uploaded audio and generates practice materials such as lyrics, sections, chords, and scores. AI analysis can be inaccurate. Check important results against the original audio and your own judgment.
Separation or analysis can fail or take longer because of file format, recording quality, or available server resources. We do not guarantee a particular accuracy level or processing time.
Account and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your account and password secure. Contact us promptly if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
Do not use another person's account or bypass authentication. We may restrict suspicious access to protect the service.
Upload rights and content processing
You must hold the rights needed to upload each audio file or have the necessary permission. Do not upload files that infringe copyright, performance, privacy, or other rights.
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant Jium the limited license needed to process, upload, store, separate, analyze, play, and sync that content to provide the service.
This license is limited to providing and protecting the service. It does not transfer ownership or authorize an unrelated advertising product.
Prohibited use
Do not infringe rights, abuse the service, upload unlawful content or malware, send excessive automated requests, bypass security, or reverse engineer the service to harm other users or systems.
If we confirm a violation, we may restrict content or account access. When the situation is not urgent, we will explain the reason and available next step where reasonably possible.
Credits and account deletion
Account deletion is irreversible. Once it finishes, remaining credits and content are removed. We may retain only minimal transaction records required by law, with restricted use.
Jium's iOS release policy excludes purchases and links to external purchases. When credits are insufficient, the iOS release only explains why the current action cannot continue.
Changes and availability
We may change features or usage limits for reliability, security, legal requirements, or product improvement. We will communicate material changes in a reasonably available way.
Maintenance, incidents, or service-provider issues can temporarily interrupt features. Where possible, we will explain the status and next step.
Liability and applicable law
Jium limits liability, to the extent permitted by law, for indirect loss and for loss caused by content you did not have the right to upload. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Any governing law and venue remain subject to mandatory law and consumer protections that apply where you live. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
